About File Tools For All
File Tools For All started from a simple frustration: almost every "free" file tool on the internet asks you to upload your documents to someone else's server. Contracts, ID scans, family photos, business paperwork — sensitive files handed over just to merge two PDFs or shrink a photo.
Our approach is different
Every tool on this site runs 100% in your web browser, on your own device. We use open-source technology — PDF libraries, your browser's graphics engine, and a web version of the professional FFmpeg video engine — compiled to run locally. Your files are opened, processed and saved by your browser. There is no upload endpoint, so there is nothing to intercept, store or sell.
What we promise
- Free, always. Every tool is free with no accounts, no watermarks and no daily limits.
- Private by design. Files never leave your device. We couldn't see your files even if we wanted to.
- Honest tools. Each tool page explains what it can and cannot do — including real limits, so you never waste time.
- Made for everyone. Big buttons, plain language and clear steps that work on phones as well as desktops.
Who runs this site
File Tools For All is run by Malik, an independent creator who builds free, privacy-respecting tools for everyday internet users. If a tool doesn't work as expected or you have an idea for a new one, the contact page is the fastest way to reach us.
How the site is funded
The site is free to use and supported by advertising. We plan to use Google AdSense; ads are always kept clearly separate from tool buttons, and we never run misleading "download" buttons or pop-ups. Read the full privacy policy for details on cookies and advertising.
