Privacy policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. The short version
Your files never leave your device. Every tool on File Tools For All processes files entirely inside your web browser. We do not upload, store, view or transmit your files to any server. We have no user accounts, so there is no profile or file history to keep.
2. What we collect
- Nothing you process. Files you open in our tools are read by your browser's memory only and never sent anywhere.
- Contact messages. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply.
- Basic analytics (planned). We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (for example, which tools are popular). Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymized information such as pages visited and device type — never your files.
3. Cookies and advertising
This website is supported by advertising. We plan to use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its advertising partners use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, to collect information as a result of ad serving on this site.
For more information on how Google uses data, see Google's "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" page (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).
4. Data retention
Because files are processed locally, there is nothing to delete — your browser discards them when you close the tab. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
5. Children's privacy
This site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Your rights
You can control cookies through your browser settings (block, delete, or browse privately). You can opt out of personalized Google ads as described above. To request deletion of an email you sent us, contact us via the contact page.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example, when advertising is enabled). The "last updated" date at the top always shows the current version.
