1. The service
File Tools For All provides free browser-based tools for working with PDF, image, video and text files. All processing happens on your own device in your web browser; no files are uploaded to our servers.
2. Your responsibility
- You are responsible for the files you process. Only process files you own or have the right to use.
- Keep backups of important files before processing. While our tools are built carefully, processing — especially video encoding — is done at your own risk.
- Do not use the tools for anything unlawful, including processing material you do not have rights to.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the site: no attempts to disrupt the service, scrape it aggressively, misrepresent the tools, or circumvent any limits designed to keep the site stable.
4. Availability
The tools are provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify or retire tools at any time.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, File Tools For All and its operator are not liable for any loss of data, files or profits arising from use of the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service — which is zero.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
